Eric's Apartments is an accommodation with a spacious yard, which also has a swimming pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas, which are available for guests to use. There is also a bar within the building, so guests can also order drinks.

This accommodation is located in Skala Potamija, 800m from the city beach.

It offers seven studios, four apartments and one deluxe studio, deluxe apartment and suite apartment each.

There are three studios and two apartments on the ground floor, three studios and two apartments on the first floor, while on the second floor there is one studio, deluxe studio, deluxe apartment and suite apartment. The view from the terraces is varied, some units overlook the pool, some overlook the mountain, and some overlook the parking lot. Studios and apartments have the same bed layout - one double bed and a sofa bed for two people, with the exception of one studio, which has a double bed and bunk beds. The deluxe studio has a double bed, the deluxe apartment has one double bed and a sofa bed, while the suite suite has a double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room.

All rooms have an equipped kitchen, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. However, the kitchen is not intended for frying, so for that purpose you can use the large kitchen in the yard, while in the apartments you can prepare light meals.

All rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, terrace, wireless internet signal, hair dryer, and a cot is available upon request. In the courtyard of the villa, there is a large swimming pool with a bar, as well as toys for children. The stay of small pets is allowed, with prior request.

Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every two days, while bed linen is changed every third day.

There is a private parking lot, where nine vehicles can be parked.

When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamija (from the direction of Golden beach), turn left, then into the first street on the left. After 200-300m you will see Villa Elegia on the left side of the street, turn left there and drive straight a few hundred meters to Eric's apartment.
