Eleni Studios is affordable accommodation just a few minutes' walk from the center and the beach. It has a beautifully landscaped yard, so it is ideal for families with children who can safely play and run around. It is located in a quiet location.
The accommodation is located 600m from the sandy city beach, with a gradual depth, and 700m from the strictest center of Skala Potamije. The first market is located 350m from the accommodation.
Eleni Studios offers eight accommodation units, namely seven studios and two apartments. They are spread over two floors (first and second) and there are four units on each floor.
The double studio (number 2, 20m2) is located on the first floor and consists of one French bed. In three-bed studios (20m2) there is one French and one single bed that can be pulled out from under the French bed. These studios are located on the first (number 4) and second floor (number 8). Four-bed studios (30m2) have one double bed and two single beds (in some studios the fourth bed is pulled out from under the double bed like a drawer) or bunk beds and are located on the first (number 1) and second floor (number 6 and number 7), like three-bed studios.
The four-bed apartment (number 5, 30m2) consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, while there is a single bed in the living room. Another single bed can be pulled out from under the French bed in the bedroom. It is located on the first floor and the air conditioner and bathroom are in the bedroom, and the kitchen is in the living room.
Duplex apartment with two bedrooms (number 3, 35m2) consists of one French bed and two single beds. In the room where there is a double bed, there is also a kitchen. This apartment is located on the first floor.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, hair dryer and wireless internet access. Only first floor units have mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon prior request. Small pets are allowed, so the weight of the pet should be noted when booking.
Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day.
The yard is spacious and very nicely decorated, with a grassy area and a large shared kitchen and barbecue. There is also a large veranda with chairs where guests of this accommodation can relax in the shade. The accommodation has a private parking lot with a limited number of spaces. It can park six vehicles and it is not possible to reserve it. If the parking lot is occupied, guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation.
When you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from the direction of Golden Beach), turn left, then left again into the next street. After 200-300m you will see Villa Elegia on the left side of the street, turn left there and drive straight for a few hundred meters to Villa Eleni.
If you want decent accommodation at a reasonable price in close proximity to all the amenities that Skala Potamia has to offer, Eleni Studios can be a good choice.
