Chrisi Akti is a modest accommodation in the first row from the sea, only a minute away from the sandy city beach with a long shallow and within walking distance from the city center. It is located just a few steps from the promenade, souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes.

The facility is located in Skala Potamia, 300m from the center of the town where there are bakeries, a supermarket, fast food restaurants, a doctor and a pharmacy.

It offers eight accommodation units (17m2), distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor (four on each level). Studios are generally smaller in square footage, as are the bathrooms, so they are intended for a maximum of three people. Six units have a double bed, while the remaining two have two single beds. If necessary, the owners can insert one extra bed of standard dimensions, but please note that in this case the space in the room is significantly reduced.

The units on the ground floor have their own table and chairs in front of the rooms, while on the first floor there is one common balcony with no partitions between the rooms. All studios have a small kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning and internet access.

Due to its location near the center, all facilities of Skala Potamia are easily accessible. As soon as you leave the accommodation, you come across a large number of restaurants, and there is also a SPAR supermarket, a pharmacy and other important facilities nearby.

Cleaning is done every day, while towels and bed linen are changed every third day.

The yard as such does not exist, but the building itself leads directly to the promenade. The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can leave their vehicles in nearby public parking spaces.

How to get there: The easiest way to get there is to go down from the center of town to the sea and the promenade. After the cafe "Smile", on the left you will see a narrow path drawn with lines - Chrisi Akti is located right behind the cafe.

If you are looking for accommodation in the first row to the sea and close to the center, and you are not too demanding because it is a more modest facility, Chrisi Akti can be a good choice.
