Amalia is a beautiful villa in a quiet area not far from the sea, with a spacious and well-kept yard, with greenery, flowers, brick barbecue, seating and private parking space. The owners are extremely pleasant and really try to accommodate guests with any additional requests.
The villa is located in Skala Potamia, about 300m from the beach, near Villa Angelo, Studio Liolios and Hotel Ellas.
Four apartments are available to guests (two extremely large and two slightly smaller). Large duplex apartments (55m2) consist of a dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies (one facing the front and the other facing the back yard). In one bedroom there is a French bed under which another bed can be pulled out, while in the other there are two joined single beds. Two smaller apartments (38m2) consist of one separate bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room there is a couch with a pull-out bed. Like the large duplex apartments, these apartments also have two balconies. Large apartments have two TVs and two air conditioners, while smaller apartments have one.
Given that there is one duplex and one standard apartment on the first and second floors, the sea is partially visible, with the apartments on the right side of the building having a better view.
The apartments have a hair dryer and wireless internet, and in the kitchen there is a toaster and an electric kettle in addition to the aspirator and refrigerator. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every three days, and bed linen is changed every four days.
Private parking provided for all guests.
When you reach Hotel Ellas, continue straight for another 70m, then turn right, pass the Liolios studios and after about 100m turn into the second street on the right. After 40m, you will see this villa on the left side of the street, and a parking space next to it.
The nearest market is ten minutes' walk away and you can also buy some bakery products there.
If you want comfortable apartments with spacious terraces, clean accommodation, a pleasant atmosphere and a quiet location with parking without noise and traffic, Villa Amalia is the ideal choice.
