Almer Villa is a single-storey house located in a very quiet environment in Skala Potamia and is an excellent choice for guests who want complete privacy and a stay away from everyday noise.

The facility is located in Skala Potamija, next to the main road, about 1.5 km from the beach and the town center. The nearest Halkias supermarket, where you can also buy pastries, is only a few minutes' walk away.

The ground floor house of 86 m² consists of two bedrooms and a living room. There is one double bed in each bedroom, while in the living room there is one couch, one sofa bed, and one single bed, which allows accommodation for up to eight people. The bathroom is medium in size and has a bathtub. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the basic elements for a pleasant stay, including a large refrigerator and an electric stove. Internet connection is also available to guests.

Small pets are allowed.

Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

A brick grill, as well as a table and chairs for sitting are available to guests. The yard is very spacious, full of greenery and ideal for the youngest guests to stay and play. The facility also has a private parking lot.

Almer Villa is located along the main road that passes through Skala Potamia, above the BP gas station, i.e. below the Halkias supermarket.

Almer Villa is an excellent choice for larger families and for all those who want complete privacy and to be the only guests in the facility. Although it is not luxury accommodation, it is a good choice if your primary goal is a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
