Sweet Maisonette is located in Skala Marijes on Thassos, at a distance of about 200 meters from the town beach and the town center, while it is about 350 meters from Platanes beach. It is a studio-type accommodation unit, with an area of 30 square meters, which is organized on two levels. In the lower level there is a kitchen with one single bed and a bed of drawers, while on the upper level, which is reached by the internal stairs, there is a double bed. The accommodation is designed for up to four people.

The studio has an equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, a small fridge, a kettle and a toaster, as well as a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal two air conditioners, two televisions and wireless Internet access. In front of the entrance, there is an area with seating available for guests. The cleaning of the unit, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. The nearest market and bakery are about 200 meters from the accommodation. The facility does not have private parking, so guests park their vehicles in the nearby streets. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
