Sunny Day Studios is located in Skala Marijes, in a quiet environment that offers privacy and comfort near two beaches. The building is two streets away from the city center, where the nearest market is about 220 meters away, while the nearest taverns, cafes and pastry shops are about 130 meters away. Platanes beach is 61 meters away, while the city beach is 150 meters away.

The accommodation consists of two apartments with capacity for three to four people, and the building itself is of cascade construction. The three-bed apartment of 36 m2 is located on the lower (first) floor and consists of a separate bedroom with a French bed, which is slightly narrower than the standard one, and a sofa located in the living room with kitchen. The four-bed apartment, also measuring 36m2, is located on the upper (second) floor and includes a separate bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a kitchen in which there are two more single beds.

Both apartments have WiFi internet, air conditioning (a four-bed apartment has two units), TV, mosquito nets and a large balcony with a view of the street and a side view of the sea in the distance. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, and are intended exclusively for preparing light meals.

The building's yard is fenced and a private parking space is provided within it. Towels and bed linen are changed every fourth day. Regarding cleaning, there is an option to pay a surcharge of around 25 euros per service. Sunny Day Studios is a good choice for guests looking for accommodation with private parking in a quiet location, not far from the beach and all the facilities that the area has to offer.
