Marinos House is located in Skala Marijes, located on an elevation that offers guests a direct view of the sea. The villa is positioned outside the city center, which ensures a peaceful stay without noise. The facility is 350 meters from the center of the village, shops, taverns, as well as from the city beach and Sunset beach. The road to the villa is partially paved.

Type and structure of accommodation
We offer one duplex apartment of 70 square meters, located on the first floor. Due to the position of the house on a hill, the entrance to the apartment is directly from the yard, while there is a storage room on the ground floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds, while the other has a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for an older child. Adding an extra bed or baby cot is not possible.

Equipment and yard
The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator, while the bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests have at their disposal a spacious yard, which is partially paved and has a barbecue. The location is suitable for anyone looking for a vacation in a quiet place with a characteristic view of the sea.

Maintenance and parking
The cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three to four days, depending on the total length of the guests' stay. A parking space for visitors is provided in front of the villa itself.
