Katerinas Rooms is located in the small fishing village of Skala Marijes, in the first row to the sea. The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the town center, where most of the taverns are located. The city beach, the center and the nearest shop are 100 meters away, while the famous Atspas beach is 400 meters from the property.

Structure and capacity
This complex consists of a total of four units: two double rooms, one double studio and one three-bed studio, which are rented together for larger families or groups of friends. The three-bed studio of 20 square meters has a street view and is equipped with one French and one single bed. The double studio of 18 square meters faces the sea, has a double bed and offers the possibility of adding an extra bed for a third person. Two rooms of 18 square meters have a view of the sea, a double bed and a small refrigerator. All units are en-suite, with one room having a smaller bathroom with an outdoor bath (tiling only).

Common spaces and equipment
Guests have access to a shared kitchen upstairs, which is equipped with a large refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and stove. Each accommodation unit has wireless internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, TV and air conditioning. Accommodation is a good option for groups looking for a stay near the beach.

Maintenance and parking
The cleaning of the units, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. Guests can find a parking space on the street in front of the building itself
