Atspas Villa is located in Skala Maries, located right on the seashore and only 120 meters from the sandy Atspas beach, after which it is named. The center of the village, taverns and the city beach are located at a distance of 400 meters, while the nearest store is located in the same street, 160 meters from the building itself.

The offer includes two apartments suitable for up to four people. Both are located on the second floor and have two bedrooms equipped with French beds. There is the possibility of adding an extra bed for the fifth person or a cot for a baby, if necessary.

Apartment number 1 has an area of 60 m² and one bathroom. Apartment number 2 occupies about 75 m² and has two bathrooms, one of which is in the hallway and the other in one of the bedrooms.

Both apartments are equipped with two air conditioners and televisions each, have internet access, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchen with a large refrigerator, two hotplates, a stove and a microwave oven. A washing machine is available only in apartment number 2.

Spacious balconies offer views of the sea and sunsets. The entrance to the apartments is from the back of the building, where there is also a common seating area with a barbecue. The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. Pets are not allowed. Parking is provided in front of the building, along the street.
