Atspas Studios Villa is located in Skala Marijes, in the first row to the sea, at a distance of 120 meters from the sandy Atspas beach, after which it got its name. The center of the village, taverns and the city beach are 400 meters away, while the nearest shop is located on the same street, 160 meters from the accommodation.

We offer two newly built studios with an area of 27m2 to 30m2, located on the ground floor. The two-bed studio has a double bed, while the three-bed studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. On request, it is possible to add a baby cot. Both studios are air-conditioned and have a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator, microwave, single-burner stove, kettle and toaster. Mosquito nets, WiFi internet and a TV set are available to guests. The bathrooms are modernly decorated and have a shower cabin with a glass screen.

In front of the entrance to each studio there is a fenced veranda with a table and chairs, with a view of the sea. Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every third day.

Pets are not allowed. Parking is possible along the street. Atspas Studios Villa is a good choice for guests looking for modern accommodation with a sea view, in a quiet location near the beach.
