Arina Villa is located near the town and beach of Skala Maries. We offer modernly furnished maisonettes with a view of the sea and secured private parking. Wi-Fi internet, as well as a barbecue, are available to guests.

The beach is about 600 meters away, while Atspas beach is a little more than 1 km away. Shops and restaurants are located in the center of Skala Maries, about 1.5 km from the villa.

This accommodation forms a complex of five maisonettes, placed one above the other, so that each unit has a view of the sea. The houses are new, built in 2017, and each maisonette is about 55 m². The maximum capacity is six people, i.e. four adults and two children. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom, while the second bedroom is located on the first floor, i.e. the gallery. The bedroom on the ground floor is separated by a door, while the bedroom upstairs is not. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Both bedrooms have a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

All units have the same layout and are modernly equipped, with air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. Three shared grills are at guests' disposal.

Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

In front of each house there is a spacious terrace with seating, and a covered parking space is provided next to each unit.

Arina Villa is located outside the center of Skala Maries, on the road to Limenaria. If you are coming from the direction of Prino, after the turn for Atspas beach, continue for about 700 meters and on the left you will see the road that leads to Villa Arina.

Maisonettes are ideal for guests looking for privacy and accommodation outside the city center. If you also want a beautiful view of the sea, Arina Villa can be the right choice for you.
