Al Mare Villas is located near the famous Atspas beach in Skala Maries. We offer two spacious and modern maisonettes that can accommodate up to eight people. Both units have terraces with sea views. Proximity to shops and the center, as well as many other famous beaches on Thassos, are just some of the things that make this accommodation a good choice for a vacation.

Accommodation is located in the first row to the sea. Atspas beach, which is located in the bay in front of the accommodation (50m), is sandy and decorated so that you can get sunbeds and umbrellas with the purchased drink. The shop is located next to the accommodation, while the town center with taverns and the city beach is 550m away.

The accommodation was built in 2011 and offers two maisonettes with a sea view. On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, each of which has its own terrace (one overlooks the sea). On the ground floor there is a third bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, as well as a second bathroom. The kitchen is equipped and has a large fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Al Mare 1 (100m2) has two double beds in the upstairs bedrooms, while Al Mare 2 (105m2) has one double and two single beds in the upstairs bedrooms. In the maisonette Al Mare 2, from the 2019 season, there will be another sofa in the living room, so a maximum of nine people will be able to stay in this unit, while Al Mare 1 is intended for eight guests. It is not possible to add an extra bed. The owners can only provide a cot for the baby.

Both maisonettes have wireless internet, air conditioning, safe, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer.

The owners provide you with new bed linen and towels for three days, while you maintain the hygiene of the apartment during your stay.

Guests can find a parking space on the street in front of the accommodation.

When driving from the direction of Prinos, you see Skala Marijes, continue driving straight, pass the turn for the center and turn right only at the sign for Atspas beach. Soon you will come across the Porto Gatos cafe and accommodation on the right, to which Al Mare Villas adjoins.

The accommodation is ideal for several families or larger groups who want more modern accommodation near a sandy beach.
