Just a few meters from the sea, in the old part of Sarti, there is the Waves House, one of the few more affordable in this location. In addition to its location, this object can boast of its excellent condition.

In the immediate vicinity of the house there are bars, restaurants, a market and a bakery, and the beach is only 10m away.

There are a total of four studios located on the first floor with an area of about 25m2. All studios are the same and have a French and a single bed with the possibility of adding a baby cot if necessary. Balconies are about 3.5m2 in size. Two studios have a view of the sea, while the other two have a view of the neighboring building. The advantage of the studios located at the back of the building is that, in addition to separate smaller balconies, they also have a common large veranda of around 20m2.

All studios have internet, air conditioning, kitchen, TV, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen with a small fridge with freezer compartment and a stove with hotplates, and a bathroom with a separate shower area. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4-5 days.

The accommodation does not have a yard, nor does it have a primary parking lot, but guests can park their vehicles in the vicinity of the house or in the public parking lot. On the ground floor of the house there is a pizzeria owned by the same owners.

You will reach the accommodation by going straight to the beach when you reach the large public parking lot in Sarti, then turn left into the street that goes along the coast, continue straight for about 200m and you will see this building on your left.

House Waves is an ideal choice for couples going on vacation together or for families with small children due to its location and accessibility to all other amenities. The owner is very kind and available to her guests.
