Toula's Studios is an accommodation just 100m from the beach in Sarti, on a hill with a fantastic view of the sea and Mount Athos. All amenities are a few minutes' walk from the accommodation, and there is a parking lot in front.

It is located in old Sarti, only 120m from shops, bakeries, souvenir shops, taverns and other facilities that this place offers. The house is shared by two accommodations. The second floor and one studio in the basement belong to Emmanuel House, while everything else belongs to Toula accommodation.

There are five accommodation units, one three-bed studio, one four-bed apartment and three five-bed apartments. Since the house is on a hill, the three-bed studio and one five-bed apartment are located on the ground floor, while the other two five-bed apartments are on the first floor, although all four accommodation units are entered from the ground floor, from the back. The four-bed apartment is located in the basement, looking from the back of the house, or on the ground floor, looking from the front.

The three-bed studio has one double bed and one single bed, the five-bed apartments have two single beds in the bedroom, and one double bed and one single bed in the room with the kitchen. The four-bed apartment has two French beds, one in the bedroom (separated by accordion doors) and the other in the room with the kitchen.

The kitchen is the same everywhere, it has a stove and a small refrigerator, except in one five-bed apartment where there is a large refrigerator and a mini-oven with hotplates. All accommodation units have a renovated tiled bathroom without a shower enclosure. They are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, a small TV, internet and a spacious terrace with a view of the sea, a parasol and a seating set. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

There is a public parking lot in front of the house where there is always a parking space. The children's playground is located 50m from the accommodation.

Before entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at the sign for GreenOtel. Continue straight, pass Hotel Maistrali and drive straight to the end of the street, then turn left into the street that will take you to the parking lot in front of this accommodation.

If it is important for you to be close to the center and the beach, but to have your own peace and quiet, as well as a view of the sea, then Toula's Studios is the right choice.
