Mariannas House is located in the new part of Sarti, on the east coast of Sithonia, 100m from the sandy beach and 950m from the town center.
We offer four studios located on the first floor of the building and designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. Each studio contains a double bed and two single beds.
A cot can be added upon request and for an additional fee.
Within these air-conditioned studios, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove with two rings and a small oven.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony equipped with seating.
Within the fenced and beautifully landscaped yard, there are two summer houses with sofas available.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and during their stay take care of its hygiene independently, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days.
Guests can find a parking space in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.
