Villa Maria is located in the old part of Sarti, just a few steps from the center, and therefore from shops, taverns and cafes, and the sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity.

The city beach is located about 200 meters away, and the center with all facilities is about 50 meters away.

There are five three-bed studios with one double bed and one single bed in the same room with the kitchen and two four-bed studios with one double bed and two single beds, also in the same room with the kitchen. Three-bed studios are located on the ground floor, first and second floors, and four-bed studios are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

All studios have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and an equipped kitchen with a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a two-burner stove. In the bathroom there is an enclosed shower area, without a curtain. The owner can also provide a cot if needed. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 nights.

There is no private parking, so guests park in front of the house. Small pets are allowed in agreement with the owner.

Villa Maria is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to be close to the center of Sarti, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and all tourist facilities.
