Irene House is located in the new part of Sarti, close to the most beautiful part of the long sandy beach and at the very end of the bay. Neat and comfortable accommodation units are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and the friendly and welcoming owners will do their best to make you feel comfortable here as their guests.

The organized city beach is less than 150 m away, while the very beautiful and somewhat isolated Platania beach is only 1 km away. The center and the rich tourist offer of Sarti are at a distance of about 1.5 km, but in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (less than 300 m) you can find a market, a bakery, as well as several restaurants.

There are eight accommodation units that are adapted to the different needs of guests, including five studios and three apartments.

The three studios, intended for a maximum of three adults, are completely new units located on the third floor of a building that does not have an elevator. Each studio has a kitchenette equipped with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a sleeping area.

Of these three studios, Studio no. 8 is slightly smaller and has a double bed and an armchair for one person, while Studio no. 6 and no. 7 contain a double bed and a bed for one person. All studios are equipped the same.

The remaining two studios are designed for a maximum of two adults and two children.

Studio no. 2 is located on the first floor and has a double bed, bunk beds, a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, as well as a coffee machine and a toaster, while the bathroom has a shower.

Studio no. 3 is located on the second floor and is completely identically equipped as studio no. 2, which has a slightly smaller square footage.

Apartment no. 5 is located on the ground floor and is intended for a maximum of four adults. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, in which there are two beds for one person, a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom. The kitchen has a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a toaster.

Apartment no. 1 is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other there are two separate beds for one person. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster, while the bathroom has a shower.

Apartment no. 4 is located on the second floor and is intended for a maximum of four adults. It consists of a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other there are two separate beds for one person. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove with two burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster, while the bathroom has a shower.

All accommodation units have TV and air conditioning, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, and a baby cot is available on request.
Bed linen and towels are changed, as well as cleaning, every four days, and pets are not allowed.

The accommodation does not have a yard, but only a paved approach to the house, but on the balconies and verandas, guests can rest and enjoy the view of the mountain, street or sea.

Guests can park their cars on the street in front of the building.

If you are coming from the direction of the resort Vurvuru - you will find the villa almost at the very end and exit from the resort.

We recommend Irene House to guests who want decent accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the beach and within easy reach of all the happenings in Sarti, but also stay away from the noise and crowds.
