This multi-storey house is located in Sarti, one of the most popular resorts in the eastern part of Sithonia. The accommodation is located about 500 meters from the center of the town and approximately 130 meters from the long sandy beach with turquoise sea. In the same building, in the basement, there is a private physiotherapist's office that offers different types of massages during the summer. The accommodation is also suitable for guests who are planning a tour of the area, as it is located about 11 km from the town of Sykia.

We offer a total of eight accommodation units of different types, floors and capacities.

There are two two-bed studios in the basement (2 Bed Studio, Semi-based), with an area of about 20 m², intended for two people, as well as one three-bed studio in the basement (3 Bed Studio, Semi-based), also with an area of about 20 m², which can host up to three people, with a maximum of two adults. There are also five four-bed apartments on the first or second floor (4 Bed Apartment, Suite), with an area of about 35 m², intended for up to four adults.

Double studios have a kitchen and a bathroom and are equipped with a double bed. The three-bed studio has a kitchen and a bathroom, and is equipped with a double bed and a sofa for one child up to 13 years old. Four-bed apartments have a kitchen connected to the living room, a bathroom and a separate bedroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the kitchen there is a sofa for two people or two single beds.

Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, free Wi-Fi internet, TV and hair dryer. All units have similarly equipped kitchens with a two-burner glass-ceramic hob, kettle and fridge-freezer or large fridge-freezer. Only one apartment has a stove with four rings, a large oven and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are equipped with a built-in shower cabin, except for one apartment that has a different type of shower cabin.

The basement studios, located five steps below the ground floor level, have a large veranda in front of the entrance, with direct access to the street and a view towards the street. Apartments on the first and second floor have standard balconies with an awning and a partial view of the sea, while one apartment has a view of the mountain. All verandas and balconies are equipped with seating.

The stay of small pets is allowed upon request and within the price.

During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation and change the bed linen and towels themselves. After a five-night stay, an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but free public parking is always available in the immediate vicinity, along the street.

The popular beach with natural shade, Portokali Beach, is approximately 7.6 km away, Kalamitsi Beach is approximately 15.5 km away, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is approximately 131 km away.
