Blerina House is located in the first row to the sea, in the new part of Sarti. This modernly equipped accommodation offers an ideal combination of proximity to the beach and a quiet location — just a few steps away from the sand and waves, while the town center, bakery and shops are only a few minutes' walk away.

In front of the building is a sandy beach with several cafes that offer sunbeds and umbrellas for their guests.

The accommodation has two two-bed and two three-bed studios, located in the basement, on the front and back sides of the house.

Three-bed studios have a double bed and a sofa bed, while two-bed studios have one double bed.

All accommodation units are modernly decorated and equipped with air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchens have two hotplates, a small refrigerator and basic dishes, while the bathrooms are equipped with a shower with a glass screen.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and cleaning is done at the same interval.

The building does not have a yard, but guests can use the common verandas. Parking is not provided, but there is a free public parking lot nearby.
