Our description
Very nice and new villa, with friendly owners. It is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk, but in a quiet place, so it is an ideal choice for a holiday in Sarti.
The furniture is of good quality, the accommodation units are very nice and clean. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors, and in some units there is an oven, and in others there is a microwave oven.
Only one studio has a sea view, but that is why the roof veranda has a fantastic view of the sea and the city, it is excellently decorated and created for enjoying socializing, reading or relaxing in general.
Private parking is provided for 8 cars, and there are a total of 11 accommodation units, but there is free parking nearby.

Sarti, 140km from Thessaloniki, is a magical holiday destination in Greece. Pine trees that grow along the edge of the sea, which is typical for the landscape of Halkidiki, are mostly located in this part, at this end of the Sithonia peninsula, opposite Mount Athos, which is characterized by magical scenes of dawn. Sarti, which is an ideal base for easy access to all the beautiful beaches in the area and our hotel, with quality services and decent prices, is an attractive proposal for all low-budget holidays in one of the most beautiful destinations in Greece.
Accommodation is located 300m from the beach, 200m from the supermarket and 150m from the city center.
Aristea studios offer the following types of studio apartments, in order to provide you with everything you need and make your stay pleasant:
Studio for 2 people (No. 3, 4) with double bed
Studio for 3 people (No. 2, 7, 8, 11, 12) with double bed and 1 extra bed
Four-bed studio (No. 6, 10) with a double bed and a bunk bed
Five-bed apartments (No. 5, 9) with a double bed in the bedroom, one bunk bed and a single bed in the living room

No. 2 - Sea bed: Studio for three people on the ground floor, painted blue, with plenty of shade.
No. 3 - Meduza: Studio for two people on the ground floor, painted orange, facing the spacious yard
No. 4 - Sand: Studio for two people on the ground floor, painted in earth colors, facing the spacious yard
No. 5 - Anemon: Five-bed apartment on the 1st floor, with extra bedroom, painted with an interesting mix of colors, facing the courtyard
No. 6 - Cyclamen: Four-bed studio on the 1st floor, painted lilac
No. 7 - Coral: Studio for 3 people on the 1st floor, painted in coral tones
No. 8.- Olive tree: Studio for three people on the 1st floor. The colors and name come from the dominant tree in Halkidiki
No. 9 - Wine: Five-bed apartment on the 2nd floor, with extra bedroom. Sea view from the balcony. The color of the walls is inspired by the excellent wines of Sithonia.
No. 10- Pelagos: Four-bed studio on the 2nd floor, with the atmosphere of Sigitikos Bay and the Aegean Sea
No. 11 - Red: Studio for 3 people on the 2nd floor, painted red
No. 12 - Zora: Studio for 3 people on the 2nd floor, which give the feeling of beautiful dawns behind Athos
Services and amenities: All our studios and apartments have a refrigerator, LCD TV, fully equipped mini kitchen, air conditioning, shutters on all doors and windows. Private parking, wireless internet access and a cleaning service every three days are available, and all this is included in the arrangement. The summer house does not have a terrace with a full view of the sea, the mountain and the village, it is available to every customer 24 hours a day.
