NL Thea Villa is located in Pirgi on the island of Corfu, at a distance of 1.2 km from the nearest beach. The villa is characterized by a modern minimalist design and a panoramic view of the sea, with a private pool that offers guests a place to relax.

The accommodation unit is a maisonette on two levels and can host up to six adults and two children. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, as well as a bathroom. On the second level, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and another bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.

All rooms in the accommodation are air-conditioned, and guests have at their disposal free wireless internet, smart TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bathrooms are equipped with a glass shower and toiletries. A baby cot and a feeder are available on request, which is included in the price.

Guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and the pool, as well as relax on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating. There are deckchairs and umbrellas by the pool. Pets are not allowed, and a parking space is provided for guests.

The cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third or fourth day. NL Thea Villa is 22 km from the port, 16.9 km from the capital of Corfu and 18.5 km from the nearest airport.
