NL Lucas Villa is located in the village of Pirgi, on the island of Corfu, 1.2 km away from the nearest beach. The villa, with its modern minimalist design, private pool, and stunning panoramic sea views, meets all the criteria for a quality vacation.

This two-level maisonette can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, as well as a bathroom. On the second level (first floor), there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.

The villa is air-conditioned and includes WiFi, a smart TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and high chair are available.

Guests can enjoy panoramic sea views from the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating areas. There is also a pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas.

Pets are not allowed. Parking is provided for guests.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

NL Lucas Villa is 22 km away from the port and 18.5 km away from the nearest airport.
