Villa Stella is located in a quiet part of Potos, about 500 meters from the city beach. This accommodation is an excellent choice for all those looking for a clean, comfortable and new space in a quiet environment.

The town beach in Potos is 500m away, while the smaller beach is in front of the villa Papaoikonomou, about 450m away. The first market is about 300m away, while the nearest Argiropoulos bakery and pastry shop is also 300m away.

The offer includes three completely new studios, which will receive guests for the first time in 2025. Two four-bed studios (numbers 11 and 12) are located on the ground floor of a multi-story building, while the third, two-bed studio, is located on the ground floor in the same courtyard.

Four-bed studios of 22-24m² have one double bed and one fold-out sofa suitable for two more children. The double studio (16m2) has two single beds that are joined and can be separated if necessary.

All studios are modernly decorated and equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer, as well as Wi-Fi internet.

The kitchens in all studios are functional and include cutlery, a basic set of dishes, pans, a macaroni strainer, an espresso machine, as well as an electric coffee maker.
Note: for safety reasons, frying is not allowed in the rooms, so a frying pan is not available.

Each studio has a veranda in front with a table and chairs for sitting and relaxing, ideal for morning coffee or an evening break.

Private parking for all cars is located inside the courtyard, which is a rarity in Potos and an additional convenience for guests.

Maintenance of hygiene is at a high level - sheets and towels are changed every three days, as well as general cleaning of the apartment, while the cleaning lady comes in every day to pick up the trash.

A cot for a baby is also available, but it needs to be announced at the time of booking.

The villa is easy to reach - you need to turn left at the main intersection in Potos (from the direction of Limenaria), then immediately after the EKO pump, turn left again. Stella is located before Villa Aurora, on the left side of the page.
