.Description of accommodation
Southern Cross is located in Potos in an excellent location - close to the center and a smaller, uncrowded beach. The apartment is very spacious and has a wonderful view of the sea. Another advantage is private parking, which is rare in the center of Potos.

The small beach in front of Villa Papaikonomou is less than 100m away, while the strict center is 200m away and the city beach is 250m away. The nearest bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and boutiques are about a hundred meters from the accommodation.

It is a duplex apartment on the second floor that can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, four adults and three children.

The apartment is very spacious, has 80m2, a large living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, TV and access to a narrow terrace with a view of the sea. In the living room there are two folding sofas for two to three people, a TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge with freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, a washing machine and a hair dryer. It has two balconies, one of which faces the sea and is accessed from the bedrooms, and the other faces the yard and is located in front of the entrance.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, has internet access, televisions, air conditioners, mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors. There are three TVs available, one 32 inch in the living room and two 24 inch in the bedrooms, all with Netflix and satellite reception. Astra 19.2, Hotbird 13.0. Fiber internet (up to 30Mbps) is available throughout the apartment.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done in agreement with the owners upon arrival at the accommodation.

In the yard there is a summer house and a barbecue, which are available to guests.

Parking is private and is located within the yard.

When entering Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn into the first street on the right immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel. The street leads diagonally towards the sea. Hotel Sirines is the first on the right in that street, opposite a small park for children and Southern Cross is right next to it, you will find it easily. There is also a doctor in the same house on the ground floor.

Southern Cross is an excellent choice for those who like to feel at home on vacation and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
