Sotiria houses is located in Potos, near the city beach and the center. The accommodation is more modest but very decent and clean. It offers two studios and one apartment. A big advantage is provided private parking.
The city beach in Potos is 400m away, and the center is 350m away.
In the house next to the street on the first floor there is one apartment and two studios.
Each accommodation unit is air-conditioned and has a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, TV and mosquito nets. Internet access is available.
The apartment (35m2) consists of two rooms, the entrance is to the bedroom where there is one double bed and one single bed, while the second room is entered from the bedroom and has a kitchen and a single bed. From both rooms there is an exit to the terrace with a view of the street. The entrance to the bathroom is from the room with the kitchen.
Studios (25m2) have one double bed and two single beds. Both studios have their own kitchen and access to the terrace with a view of the olive groves and the sea.
There is also one five-bed apartment (55m2) in another building, right behind the central one. It is located on the upper ground floor and has one double bed in the bedroom, two single beds in the living room and two couches.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every five days.
There is a brick barbecue in the yard.
The parking lot is located within the yard.
When coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection in Potos, turn left, past Luna Park, towards Teologos. After approximately 350m you will see a sign with the inscription Sotiria. The house is on the right side of the street across from Villa Laskarina.
If you want to be in Potos, but not in the biggest crowd, but at a 3-4 minute walk from the amusement park, promenade, souvenir shops and you are not too demanding, villa and apartments Sotiria can be an excellent choice.
