Kokkinos Studios is located in the heart of Potos, in a narrow, not too busy street right next to the promenade. There are shops, restaurants, bakeries, and a promenade in the immediate vicinity.

It is 100 meters away from the town beach and is located in the very center of town.

There are a total of seven studios on offer that can be for two, three or four people. On the ground floor there are two three-bed and one four-bed studios, while on the first floor there are two two-bed and two three-bed studios.

The two-bed studio (25m2) has one double bed, the three-bed studio (35m2) has one double and a single bed, and the four-bed studio (42m2) has one double and two single beds.

In addition to the bathroom and terrace, the studios have a kitchenette with an electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster, dining table with chairs, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, safe, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The furniture is new and modern.

Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every five days.

In the back part of the yard, guests can use the barbecue.

There is no private parking, but public parking is located approximately 50 meters away.

A deposit of 50% is paid at the time of booking.

From the direction of Limenaria, turn into the last alley on the right before the central intersection and you will soon see Kokkinos Studios on your right. The accommodation is located right across from the tourist agency Mythos.

We recommend Kokkinos Studios to everyone who wants to be close to all amenities and a minute from the beach. The studios are spacious, clean and nicely decorated.
