Elsa is a very nicely decorated villa, with a spacious yard and private parking, and is located just a few minutes' walk from the popular San Antonio beach. The furniture is newer and modern, it is very clean and tidy, and in the yard there are tables, chairs, a brick grill and toys for children, so the environment is ideal for families.
The accommodation is located 200m from San Antonio beach and 1km from the center of Potos.
Elsa has three duplex apartments (35m2) and nine studios (about 20m2), distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors. The apartments have four beds, and the studios can have two, three and four beds. Accommodation units located on the ground floor and on the first floor have a view of the yard and the surrounding area, while some on the second floor have a view of the sea.
Double studios have a double bed, a kitchen in the same room and a large terrace.
Three-bed studios, except for the French one, have an extra bed with a standard mattress and a kitchen in the same room.
The four-bed studio is located on the ground floor and has a spacious terrace.
Another 4 bed studio is located on the ground floor and has a view of the courtyard, it is more spacious and therefore more expensive. In the price list it is listed as 4 bed studio, new. It has a double bed and two single beds.
The apartments are four-bed and have two bedrooms. In the first there is one double bed, and in the second two single beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Both bedrooms have a TV and access to the terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room and is well equipped. One apartment is located on the ground floor, the second on the first floor and the third on the second floor.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, hairdryer and mosquito nets.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen is changed every 2-3 days.
The yard is spacious and nicely decorated. There is also a parking lot in the yard.
Coming to Potos from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection continue straight towards the exit and drive another kilometer. You will see Villa Elsa about 100 meters after the Klimataria restaurant, on the left side of the highway, opposite the turn for the Atrium hotel.
Elsa Villa is ideal for anyone who wants quality and new accommodation near a sandy beach, slightly removed from the city, with lots of space for children and a yard ideal for grilling and enjoying, with parking, and modern and clean studios and apartments.
