Dora Villa is located in the center of Potos. Inside the large and decently decorated courtyard there are several buildings with accommodation units and a parking space, which is a special convenience when it comes to Potos. The owners are friendly and hygiene is at a high level.

Villa Dora is practically in the center and it is about 200m from the beach.

Six renovated studios (one double, four three-bed and one four-bed) and four renovated apartments (two five-bed and two six-bed) are available to tourists.

Studios and apartments are arranged on the high ground and first floor.

The double studio (18m2) has one double bed and is located on the first floor. Two three-bed studios (20m2) are located on the upper ground floor and have one double bed and one single bed. The other two three-bed studios have a view of the courtyard, one double bed and one single bed, and since they have a larger square footage (25m2), an extra bed can be inserted if necessary. The four-bed studio (22m2) is located on the high ground floor and has one standard-sized double bed and one narrower than standard.

The four-bed apartment (45m2) is a duplex, it has two bedrooms, but you can enter from one to the other, so it is more suitable for a family. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, and in the second two single beds. There is a couch in the living room, while the kitchen is in a separate room. This apartment is on the first floor, has a view of the yard and two terraces.

The five-bed apartment (50m2) has a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, while the other room has a kitchen, two single beds and a couch. It is located on the high ground floor, facing the street and is suitable for a family.

Two renovated six-bed duplex apartments (50m2) are located on the first floor and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One apartment (no.3) has a double bed in one bedroom, while the other has two single beds and there is a couch for one person in the living room. The second apartment has one French bed and one single bed in both bedrooms. These apartments have a bathroom, air conditioning, TV and access to the terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room and is fully equipped.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, terraces, bathroom and kitchen. All (except two six-bed duplex apartments) have been renovated and have modern furniture. All renovated studios and apartments have mosquito nets on the terrace doors. Wireless internet is available in all units, on the terraces, in the yard, etc.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are changed every three days.

The yard is spacious and mostly concrete. A barbecue is available for guests.

The villa has 10 parking spaces for 12 studios and apartments, and there is free public parking on the same street.

Coming from the direction of Limenaria, right at the beginning of Potos after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, you will see a street that branches off from the main road on the right. Drive it for about 150m and you will see Villa Dora on the left side of the road. The villa is a few tens of meters away from the nearest shops, market and bakery, and about a hundred meters from the city beach. The tattoo studio is to the left of the gate and the clothing store is to the right.

Dora Villa is an excellent choice for all of you who want to be in the center of Potos, a few steps from all the necessary amenities and the city beach, while at the same time being isolated from the noise and bustle inside the spacious yard.
