Villa D&D Holiday Studios is located in the center of Potos, in the first row of houses by the sea. It offers quality and nicely furnished apartments. It is in a quiet area, tucked away in flowers and greenery with a direct view of the sea, which is fantastic, and the sunsets are unforgettable.

The town's sandy beach in Potos is 50m away, while the smaller pebble beach is closer, and the first market is about 80m away.

There are 3 five-bed apartments and one four-bed duplex apartment located on the second floor and facing the sea. Two five-bed apartments are on the ground floor and one on the first floor, all facing the sea and measuring between 35 and 40 m2.

The villa has two entrances. One is on the sea side and leads to the five-bed apartment, while the other entrance is from the back of the house and leads to the four-bed apartment. Arrival coordinates differ depending on which apartment you book.

Each five-bed apartment consists of two rooms. In the first room there is one double bed, kitchen, then entrance/exit to the bathroom, and in the bedroom there is one double bed and one single. The furniture is classic, apartment style. The bathrooms are modern and new. The kitchens are of standard quality.

The four-bed duplex apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is located on the second floor and has a view of the sea. In one bedroom there is one double bed, while in the other there are two joined single beds. Each room has an air conditioner. One opens onto a terrace with a view of the sea, while the other has only a window. Also, the guests of this unit can use the terrace, which is located in front of the entrance to the apartment and is intended only for them.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, wireless internet signal, terrace, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Mosquito nets are on all windows, except the door.

Towels and bed linen are changed, as well as cleaning is done every five days.

The yard is nicely decorated, with lots of greenery and flowers and comfortable seating. The view of the sea from the yard is also very beautiful. A mobile grill is available to guests.

There is a large public parking space in front of the villa.

The city beach is only a two-minute walk away, as well as all other facilities needed by tourists, and the villa is sheltered from traffic and noise. To the right of the villa is a small private beach of Villa Papaikonomu, free to use.

The owners of the villa, a married couple in their late years, speak excellent English and are very friendly and accommodating.

You will reach the accommodation after Pefkari, when you pass the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn into the first street on the right, and then into the first street on the right that leads you directly to the beach. Drive towards the pier and you will come across an amphitheater and a large parking lot. The villa is to the right of the pier, behind the amphitheater.

All in all, an excellent location, among the best in Potos, sea view, parking, large, economical apartments and educated, friendly and helpful hosts, make this villa a good choice.
