Halkidiki Elegant and Classy Maisonette 2 is located just outside Posidi, in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the turquoise blue sea. This two-story house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay and can host up to seven people, so it is ideal for large families or larger groups. A yard with a lawn and seating is also available to guests.

The center of Posidija is 1.5 km away, and the nearest shop, bakery and restaurant are about 1 km away. The sea is 300m away, but the beach in that part is unorganized. The nearest organized beach is near the hotel Possidi Holidays, about 600-700m from the accommodation.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, two couches for one or two people, a coffee table and a TV. It leads directly to the courtyard. To the left of the living room is the toilet, and to the right is the kitchen (not separated by a door) with a dining table and chairs, stove, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. A fenced staircase leads to the upper level, where there are two bedrooms with one double bed each and an exit to the terrace with a view of the sea and a bathroom with a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning or internet.

The court for tennis and basketball is located about a hundred meters away.

They don't have private parking, but there is a parking space in front of the house.
