Beach Front Villa with direct access to the beach is located on the east coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, close to Polykhron - a quiet family resort whose biggest advantage is a kilometer-long sandy beach with very clear water, as well as the proximity of other beautiful beaches and popular places.

This accommodation has a maisonette structure on two completely independent levels, with separate entrances. On the first level (at the ground floor level - a few steps above the courtyard level) there is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second level (at the level of the first floor) there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. In one of the bedrooms on the second level there is a double bed as well as two additional mattresses on the gallery, and in the second bedroom there are two single beds.

Guests in the villa have air conditioning in each bedroom, free WiFi internet, flat screen TV, hair dryer, two washing machines, as well as two fully equipped kitchens with a stove with four rings, a large oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea and the yard, on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.

In the beautifully landscaped yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends.

An umbrella, sunbeds and beach chairs are available to guests as part of the price.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request.

Guests take care of hygiene in the apartment during their stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels (which they have at their disposal). There is a mandatory cleaning service surcharge for all bookings.

Two private parking spaces are provided for accommodation guests.
