Our description
Accommodation Anatoli Apartments is located on the left side of the highway when coming from the direction of Kriopigi, 200m after turning to the center of Polychrono.
It consists of a total of 11 accommodation units, six of which have sea views. Three double studios between 20-25m2 have a sea view, two double studios have a yard view, three three-bed apartments (30-35m2) with two balconies have a sea view, one four-bed apartment is on the ground floor (no sea view) and two more duplex apartments (50m2) for 5-6 people are also on the ground floor.
Double studios have one double bed or two twin beds. Triple apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the room with kitchen. The four-bed apartment has one double and two single beds. Duplex apartments have two bedrooms with one double or two connected single beds and an additional sofa from which another drawer bed can be pulled out.
The kitchens are fully equipped, have a refrigerator and a stove with two hobs, and large apartments also have an oven. The large apartments have large bathtubs in the bathrooms, and the other accommodation units have small bathtubs with curtains. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet access and large terraces. Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every 3 days.
Guests can get a hairdryer and a laundry iron on request and on request, and they can use a beach umbrella at reception. We also offer a machine washing service with a surcharge of 5-10 euros. Parking is available 20m from the house and there are places for 10 cars.
Accommodation is located 350m from the beach, 200m from the center, and 100m from the market, bakery and pharmacy. It is well preserved and tidy. In the beautiful paved yard, with a little green area, there is a brick barbecue and a dining table under the awning.

Villa Anatoli is a family-run property located a 5-minute walk from the Blue Flag beach in Polychrono, Halkidiki. It was built on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay. It is surrounded by a lush and beautifully landscaped courtyard and offers air-conditioned accommodation as well as delicious food. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
All studios and apartments have tiled floors, simple furniture and a balcony overlooking Kassandra Bay or the courtyard. They also have a TV, a dining area and a kitchenette with a fridge, electric oven, stove and kettle.
The villa has 5 double studios, a three-bed and a four-bed apartment with one bedroom, as well as two five-bed apartments with two bedrooms (duplex).
One-bedroom apartment for three people has a balcony with sea views and a kitchenette with dining area. The living room with kitchen and dining area is separate from the bedroom. The size of the apartment is 30m2. The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom can have a double bed or two single beds, and the kitchen can have one extra bed.
The one-bedroom apartment for four is located on the ground floor and has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen and two more single beds.
The two-bedroom apartment contains everything that a one-bedroom apartment has, except that it is located on the ground floor and has access directly to the paved yard. This apartment has two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and the living room has a single bed, so the apartment can accommodate a total of 5 adults. The apartment has an area of 50m2 and has two bathrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Studio for two people has two single beds, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. The area of the studio is 25m2.
