**Accommodation Tia is located in Pereja, about 40m from the beach. It is a completely renovated apartment in a residential building, in an excellent location. **

The apartment (60m2) has a terrace that can be accessed from the bedrooms and the living room and has a side view of the sea. It has two separate bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a sofa and is suitable for five to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large stove with four rings and a large oven, a toaster and a refrigerator with a freezer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has internet and TV, and guests have a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board at their disposal.

A cot is also available to guests and this service is not charged separately.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and maintain the hygiene of the accommodation themselves during their stay. Bed linen is provided and guests can change it independently, a clean set is available. Towels are not provided.

Parking is possible along the street, there is usually enough space. A guaranteed parking space is not provided.

The proximity to the promenade, restaurants and taverns makes Tia Apartment the perfect choice for a peaceful and relaxed vacation. The beach is several kilometers long, and there are restaurants, taverns, cafes and of course a promenade along which you can walk for hours.

Nea Epivates is almost connected to Perea, and Agia Triada is close by. There is a daily boat from Pereja to the center of Thessaloniki. The ride takes 35 minutes and costs 6e per person. There is also a city bus to Thessaloniki. Halkidiki is only fifty kilometers away, so you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of this beautiful peninsula.

If you would like to go shopping, Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos, the largest shopping center in Thessaloniki, are a few minutes' drive away. There is also a Lidl supermarket in Perea. As the airport is close, the place is also attractive for people coming by plane.
