Garden Room is located in an excellent location, in the town of Perea, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade. It has a large balcony with a view of the yard and the sea in the distance.
In the immediate vicinity of 50 m there is a market, a bakery and a cafe. The town center is 1.5 km away.
The beach is 150 m from the accommodation.
It is a room with its own entrance within a family apartment located on the second floor of a residential building with an elevator. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child up to four years old. It contains a double bed, a bathroom and a large terrace.
The terrace has seating and a view of the street and the sea in the distance.
Although this air-conditioned accommodation does not have a kitchen, guests are provided with basic appliances for preparing light meals, such as a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Free WiFi, a washing machine, and a hair dryer are also provided.
