Kosta Apartments is located in the center of Pefkohori, in the pedestrian area, only 170m from the sea and the beach. Located in the second row of buildings from the street, so it is sheltered from noise.

The nearest shop is 30m from the accommodation. It is about 170m away from the beach.

The apartment (35m2) is located on the second floor, which is reached by external stairs. It consists of a hallway, living room and bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

In the kitchen, which is located within the living room, there is a stove with two rings, an induction hob and a large fridge with freezer.
The living room has a pull-out bed that can sleep two adults, a dining table and chairs, and a garden table and chairs on the terrace. The bathroom is small, with a shower curtain and the shower is not enclosed.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, while there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
