Sunset & Seaview Villa is located in the traditional village of Parthenonas, 5km above Neos Marmaras, at an altitude of about 350 meters. The village is under the protection of the European Union and Greece.

The accommodation unit consists of three levels and can accommodate a maximum of six people. On the first level (basement level) there is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second level (ground floor level) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the third level (at the level of the first floor) there is a bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms have a double bed.

Within this air-conditioned house, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine.
