Tommys House is a comfortable, neat and clean accommodation 100m from the center of Parga, 80m from Piso Krioneri beach and 100m from Krioneri beach. It was built in 2011, equipped with new furniture and appliances, and has studios for two to four people and four-bed apartments for four and five people.

The nearest shop and bakery are 100m away, and the beaches of Lihnos and Valtos are about 2.5km away.

There are nine accommodation units on offer. Two four-bed studios (32m2) are located on the ground floor and each has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area, as well as one two-bed studio (22m2) with a double bed. On the first floor there is one studio (double bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed), as well as one four-bed apartment (30m2) with two beds for one person in the bedroom and a sofa for two people in the kitchen area, and one large four-bed apartment (57m2) for four to five people, which has one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room with a separate kitchen.

Each accommodation unit has air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with hair dryer, equipped kitchen (mini-stove with oven, refrigerator with frieze and aspirator), terrace and safe deposit box.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.

There are three parking spaces in front of the accommodation, which belong to the guests in the ground-floor units.

The owners live in the villa and are available for any help or information.
