Marina's House is located in Palio, in a quiet part of the village and not far from the beach. This studio, which is part of a family house, is positioned to offer the peace needed for a family vacation.

The town center is 300 m away, while the nearest shop is 180 m from the accommodation. The beach is 200 m away, and the building itself is 8 km from the center of Kavala.

It is a studio apartment of 36 m2, located in the basement, which can accommodate four adults. It consists of two rooms: one with a living room, kitchen, dining room and two sofas for one person each, and another room with a double bed. The bathroom is separate. A baby cot is available to guests upon request and at no extra charge.

The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

Directly in front of the entrance is a beautifully landscaped yard with a private barbecue, seating and a small children's playground. Pets are not allowed in this facility.

Studio cleaning, as well as linen and towel changes, are done halfway through the stay for reservations longer than seven days. Parking is not provided within the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity, along the street.
