Dimitras Apartment is located in the peaceful village of Palio, just 10km from the town of Kavala, providing the perfect escape for those looking for relaxation near the sea. The apartment exudes a combination of modern comfort and unique charm, thanks to the owner's handmade artwork. The nearest beach is only 150m away, while a supermarket, pharmacy and tavern are within reach, which makes this location extremely practical and attractive for guests.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and decorated with handmade works of art by the owner. It is located on the first floor of a three-story building and is designed to accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. It contains a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

In this air-conditioned apartment, equipped with air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer, washing machine, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a microwave oven, a toaster and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen.

Guests can spend their moments of relaxation, with a partial view of the sea, on the balcony equipped with seating.
