Casa Al Mare Apartments is an accommodation characterized by a high standard of equipment, functionality and decoration. It is located along the main road, opposite a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. Guests have at their disposal a spacious yard with a remote-controlled gate, private parking, as well as facilities suitable for children.

The accommodation is located in Tripiti, on the Athos peninsula, about 800 meters from the port from which ferries to the island of Amouliani depart and about 7 km from Ouranopolis. The nearest beach bar is about 180 meters away, while the nearest shop is in Nea Roda, about 3 km away.

We offer four apartments, located in the semi-basement, on the first and second floors.

The 51 m² apartment in the semi-basement has a view of the courtyard and is designed for up to six people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa, two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment of 50 m² on the first floor, at the front of the building, has a view of the sea and can host up to six people. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds, while the living room has a sofa for two people measuring 1.40 x 2 m. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.

The apartment of 38 m² on the first floor, on the back side of the building, has a view of the olive grove and is suitable for up to four people. In the living room there is a sofa for two people, and the bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The 78 m² apartment on the second floor has three bedrooms and can host up to seven people. All bedrooms have double beds, while the living room has a sofa. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower cabin and an additional toilet. The balcony offers an open view of the sea and the island of Amuliani.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, iron, hair dryer and a kitchen that contains a large fridge with freezer, two ceramic heating zones, a large oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a shared washing machine in the semi-basement. A cot and a feeding trough are available on request. Pets are not allowed.

During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation. A cleaning service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee, the amount to be negotiated directly with the owner on the spot. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are available for guests to change on their own.

Six parking spaces are provided within the yard. The yard is spacious, fenced, with paved paths and landscaped lawns. In the back yard, there are two grills, an outdoor dining area and children's toys.
