Stagkonis House is located outside the center of Ormos Panagias, isolated from the noise, which makes it an excellent choice for those who are looking for a quiet holiday and for whom the immediate proximity to the beach is not a decisive factor. The house is about 1.3 km from Livrohio beach (Trani Ammouda), while the supermarket is 550 m away, and the nearest bakery is about 450 m from the accommodation.

The structure of the building is a duplex apartment with an area of 70 m2. It has two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and equipped with televisions in every room, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen contains a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Guests can use the washing machine free of charge, and all the necessary cleaning products are provided. A cot is available on request, and pets are allowed.

The yard is fenced, nicely landscaped and contains toys for children, as well as a covered summer house with a barbecue. In front of the entrance there is a balcony with seating. Private parking is provided within the property.

Towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay, while guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the facility. The accommodation can be reached by driving from the direction of Nikiti; after the Ellinika supermarket, continue for about 330 m, then turn into the street on the left and drive another 400 m. Stagkonis House is an ideal option for families who want privacy and accommodation in a quiet location.
