Nick and Sofi's House (68m2) is a brand new accommodation near Trani Ammouda beach, not far from Ormos Panagias. This house is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for relaxation and want to enjoy their vacation. It is located right next to Lena's and Sofi's House, which is ideal if several families are traveling together.

The nearest supermarket is 1.6 km away, while Trani Ammouda beach is about 750 m from the accommodation.

The house is very nicely decorated and exudes a warm atmosphere, giving guests the feeling of being at home. At the very entrance there is a bright and modern living room with a sofa (which can be used for sleeping), a chest of drawers with a new LCD TV and a gallery with stairs leading to it, where there is one mattress. From the living room you can enter a modern bathroom, as well as two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and wireless internet. Bed linen and towels are changed after three days of stay. In the auxiliary building next to the house there is a kitchen with all the necessary elements, a large refrigerator and a mini-oven, as well as another bathroom with a shower area and a curtain.

In front of the house there is a huge yard with a barbecue, a table with chairs and a small playground for children. A parking space for guests is also provided within the yard.

The accommodation can be reached by driving on the main road; after the turn for Agios Nikolaos, turn left at the Shell gas station, and after 2 km of driving, the facility is indicated on the left.

Although it is about 1 km from the sea, Nick and Sofi's House can be a perfect choice for guests who come with their own car. Primarily designed for the needs of the owner, this house has everything necessary for the stay of one or two families.
