Kallisti Studios is decent accommodation located on a hill in the charming fishing village of Ormos Panagias. The owners are friendly and take great care of hygiene and maintenance. It is suitable for young couples and families who come with their own car and emphasize visiting the surrounding beaches and an active vacation.

The town harbor and the center with taverns, bakeries and a small market are 150m away, and the famous Trani Amuda beach, holder of the Blue Flag and one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, is only 600m away.

There are a total of 16 accommodation units on offer.

Of the nine two-bed studios (24m2), which can also be three-bed, four renovated ones are located on the ground floor and each have a double bed and a single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed, as well as a fenced terrace with a table, chairs and a view of the street. On the ground floor from the front, there is one four-bed apartment with two single beds in the kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom and one four-bed studio (28m2 with balcony) with one double and two bunk beds. Also, there is an apartment with bunk beds in the bedroom and one French bed in the room with the kitchen.

On the first floor there are three three-bed studios (24m2) with one double and one single bed each, one four-bed apartment (28m2) with four single beds and one two-bed studio with two single beds and the possibility to add one extra bed. Everyone is looking at the yard.

On the second floor, there are four double studios, one with a double bed, and three with two single beds. One double studio has a partial sea view. On the second floor there is also a four-bed apartment (28m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. The apartment has a partial view of the sea.

Some studios on higher floors have a partial view of the sea, while other accommodation units face the courtyard or the street.

All accommodation units have a kitchen with a refrigerator, a mini-stove with two burners and an oven and the necessary dishes, a bathroom with a shower area bordered by a wall without a curtain, internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a hair dryer and a terrace with a table and chairs, an awning and a clothes dryer.

Guests have at their disposal a brick barbecue in the yard, a children's playground and a private parking space, but unfortunately there is not enough space for all cars. However, there are enough parking spaces in the area and in front of the accommodation. On the top floor there is a bar with a terrace and seating, where you can enjoy the view of the harbor and the sea.

When you reach the port of Ormos Panagias, drive 50m in the direction of Trani Amuda beach, then turn left and continue uphill for another 100m until you reach Kallisti Studios.

If you like a quiet vacation, far from noisy resorts, Kallisti Studios and Ormos Panagias are the right choice for you.
