Aces House is in a fantastic location for visiting Sithonia, just a few minutes' walk from Lagonisi Beach, one of the most beautiful on the peninsula. This detached house with its own yard and parking is perfect for those looking for privacy during their summer vacation. In addition to seclusion, guests also get a large veranda with a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Ormos Panagias, a built-in barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen and complete peace. The owners take great care of hygiene, so the accommodation is suitable even for very demanding guests.

The house (70 m2) is 150 m from the nearest beach (a beautiful little bay belonging to Lagonisi beach) and 450 m from Lagonisi beach itself. The nearest larger place is Ormos Panagias, about 2 km away, where there are markets and taverns.

Ases House has two bedrooms - a smaller one with one double bed and a larger one with a double bed, bunk beds (also suitable for adults) and a cot for babies. In the living room there is a corner sofa that can sleep two children, as well as a spacious kitchen fully equipped for a longer stay, with a large refrigerator with freezer and an electric stove with an oven. A spacious veranda with seating offers a panoramic view of the sea and is ideal for socializing and relaxing.

The house is located on a large property with a private parking space. The yard is spacious, with a manicured lawn, suitable for children's play and sunbathing. There is also a newly built outdoor toilet in the yard.

To reach the house, use the same exit from the main road as for Lagonisi Beach. At the end of the road, turn left (to the right goes to the beach), and after 300 m you will see a house on the left.

The location of the house allows easy access to other beautiful beaches of Sithonia such as Talgo, Karidi and Trani Ammouda.
