Akropolis Olympic Beach Studios And Apartment has nine studios and one apartment. The accommodation is located about 100 meters from the sandy beach and approximately 50 meters from the pedestrian zone, while the first shop is about 25 meters away. The parking lot is located about 30 meters from the building, because parking directly in front of the building is not possible for all guests.

The building has a small yard and an elevator. The kitchens in the accommodation units are equipped with dishes, a stove and a refrigerator, and all units have a TV. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days. It is possible to add an additional folding bed or a cot to each accommodation unit, without extra charge.

Studio O1 is a three-bed studio on the ground floor, facing the street. Unit O2 is an apartment and the only one with access to the fenced yard at the back of the building, which is paved and equipped with a table and chairs, an inflatable children's pool and a smaller slide for children. This apartment has a double bed, bunk beds and a sofa bed.

On the first floor there is a two-bed studio A1, facing the street. The four-bed studio A2, with an area of ​​about 35 m², is very spacious and has two terraces; there are four such studios and they all face the street. Studio A3 is similar in layout to studio A2, but faces the opposite side, towards the sea, which cannot be seen; it has a double bed and bunk beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The four-bed studio A4 has a terrace, is slightly smaller than the others and is equipped with a double bed and bunk beds.

On the second floor, the layout is the same, with the studios designated as B1, B2, B3 and B4. Studio B1 has a double bed, studio B2 a double bed and bunk beds, studio B3 has two double beds, while studio B4 has a double bed and one single bed.

The use of air conditioning is charged additionally in the periods from May 24 to June 19 and from September 11 to September 15.

A baby cot is available upon prior request and at no extra charge.

The stay of small pets is allowed with prior agreement.

Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay. Every five days, clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests change independently.

Parking is possible along the street, as well as in the public parking lot near the building.
