Oasis Villa is located in Paralia Ofryniou, on the coast of the Aegean Sea, known for its long sandy beach and clear water. Located 300 m from the coast, this spacious house is a good choice for guests looking for comfortable and fully equipped accommodation close to all the tourist facilities that this coastal town has to offer.

The facility is spread over two levels, a high ground floor and an attic, and can accommodate up to eight adults. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one person. The upper level is organized as an open space with three single beds, which is suitable for larger groups of friends or families with children. Upon guests' request, the owners can provide a baby cot at no extra charge.

The accommodation is fully equipped for a longer stay. Guests have at their disposal two air conditioners (one in the living room, the other in the attic), wireless internet, television, washing machine and iron. The kitchen includes a stove with four standard burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. A hairdryer is also available in the bathroom.

On the first floor there is a spacious balcony, while on the ground floor there is a private veranda and a fenced, landscaped yard with a lawn and seating. For children, a play area with a swing and a small pool is provided in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed in the building.

For stays of up to five days, the guests themselves maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation. For reservations of ten days or more, cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done halfway through the stay. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are available at no extra charge. Guests are provided with private parking in the courtyard with two parking spaces.

Ofrynio beach is nearby, while other beaches such as Kariani (7 km), Paralia Kolymbisis (18 km) and Paralia Trypa (22 km) are easily accessible. The town of Orfani is about 6 km away, Nea Peramos is 45 km away, and the town of Kavala is 62 km away. The nearest airport "Aleksandar Veliki" in Kavala is about 87 km from the facility. The accommodation offers a peaceful environment and a good base for visiting the cultural sights and natural beauties of northern Greece.
