Ventus E Paradiso Villa is located 900m from the beach and offers modern and comfortable accommodation in a quiet location, ideal for those who want to relax away from the crowds. In addition to the comfortable interior, there is also a beautifully landscaped yard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Whether you come in search of peace or adventure, you will find your vacation spot here. Nikiti, with its long sandy beach, seaside promenade and authentic old part with traditional stone houses and narrow streets, is only a few minutes' drive away, allowing easy exploration of this beautiful Mediterranean town and its attractions.

There are two apartments with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one studio on the first floor.

The apartments are intended for a maximum of five adults. They have a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two beds for one person, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.

The studio has one double bed and a sofa for one person. It is designed for a maximum of three adults.

A cot for a child is also available to guests, upon request and at no additional cost.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.

Guests can relax and enjoy themselves on the balcony or verandas equipped with seating. At guests' disposal is a neat and fenced yard, with natural shade, where there is a summerhouse and deckchairs.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Guests are provided with a private parking space.

Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene. A replacement set of sheets and towels is available every five days, which guests change themselves.
