Accommodation Three Cats is located in a quieter part of Nikiti, not far from the center. It is modern and nicely equipped, and has a spacious yard with natural shade, so it can be an excellent choice for families with children.
It is located about 750m from the sandy beach, 550m from the doctor's office and pharmacy, while one of the larger super markets is about 400m away.
It has one four-bed apartment located on the ground floor of a newly built residential building and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child who would share a bed with their parents. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people, which is big enough to sleep two adults and one child.
The apartment is air-conditioned, and there is an additional air conditioner in the bedroom. Guests have access to WiFi, TV, bathroom with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with stove with two ceramic hobs and large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
It also has a large private, fenced and landscaped yard, which includes a clothes dryer, lounge chair, table and chairs intended for the youngest guests.
There are also two verandas equipped with seating where you can enjoy and also rest on a lounger, while your little ones can spend time in the yard using the facilities intended for them.
As for parking, a parking space is provided for accommodation guests. Pets are not allowed. On request, the owners can provide you with a cot and a high chair for feeding babies, within the price.
The cleaning of the apartment, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves. If the period of stay is longer than 10 days, within the price, there is a service for cleaning the apartment, as well as changing bed linen and towels.
Three Cats Apartment is an ideal choice for families with children and all lovers of destinations that are in a quiet location and near the beach.
