Old Nikiti's Hotel is located in the old part of Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula. The town beach and the town center are about 1.4 km away.

The hotel was built in 2023, has an elevator and offers accommodation in rooms for up to four people, located on the ground floor and on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a double room, suitable for people with disabilities, as well as three-bed rooms with a French bed and one single bed. On the first floor, there are four-bed rooms on two levels, with two single beds on the lower level and a French bed on the open gallery.

On request and within the price, a baby cot can be provided.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a safe, a hairdryer and a minibar. Each unit has its own veranda or balcony with seating.

Pets are not allowed. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Private parking is available for guests behind the building. Thessaloniki Airport is 88 km away, while Neos Marmaras is 22 km away.
